The thesis
Most companies are organized around people doing work. You hire for a function, and the function is a group of people. We think the next generation will be organized around agents doing work, with a small number of humans setting direction.
Supersedure exists to find out what that looks like in practice. We build companies where every function is run by teams of agents. Product and engineering. Marketing and operations. The humans involved are operators and architects, not headcount.
The work is concrete. We design the systems, set the standard, and let the agents run. What used to take a department now takes a runtime.
